ABOUT US |
Hello everyone, and welcome to this issue of the Tarnished Truth.
I hope everyone's year is off to a good start! Hard to believe it's already 2007 (and already two months into that!)
The past months always bring about some great shows. As for me, I haven't had a chance to attend any so far, but I'm looking forward to a couple coming soon to my location. For those members who are not active on the Talk-List, John Baumgart wrote a great review of his attendance to the 2007 FUN show. In case you missed it, I pulled it from the list with John's permission, and you can read about it here. Thanks John!
It's been a cold couple of months outside, which has given me more time to focus on my collection - reviewing, reorganizing and even adding a couple of pieces here and there. I even found a few coins I forgot I had! As a result, I figured it was time for a newsletter contest (read all about it below).
Before I close, let me add a personal note: I will be relocating back to Washington State in early March. Everything should be settled in before the next newsletter, so I don't anticipate any disruption to the April issue's timeline. Having said that, if anyone lives in the Seattle area and would like to get together, I would love a chance to meet other members, face to face.
I guess that's about it for now.
I hope you enjoy this as well as future issues of - The Tarnished Truth.
