LOT 2. USA, 1982-S&D WASHINGTON COMMEMORATIVE HALF DOLLAR SET
In 1982 Elizabeth Jones, First woman made Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint, designed this 90% commemorative half dollar to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of George Washington. Because the Uncirculated version sold for only .50 cents lower than the proof only about half as many MS versions were struck compared to the proof. Here is a set of both the S&D mints with a reserve less than half of the original issue price.

LOT 3. GERMANY, 1999 PRE-EURO PROOF SET
Here is the last proof set Germany issued before switching to the Euro. It bears the "D" mint mark which represents the mint at Munich. This is a pristine set and would make an excellent addition to your world collection and are beautiful examples of their Pre-Euro coinage.

Offered here is a truly beautiful 1981 Australian proof set. Since this set was issued Australia has discontinued the 1 cent and two cent coins in this set. These sets had an issue price of $48.00. Mintage was only about 86,000 sets.

LOT 9. BRITISH HONDURAS, 1969 FIVE CENT COIN
Here is a coin from a forgotten country that no longer exists. Currently it's called Belize. But roll back the clock to before 1981 and you will find this country as property of Great Britain located along the Caribbean just south of Mexico. This coin is a very nice uncirculated 5 cent piece that had a low mintage of 540,00 pieces. If you have a world type collection going this would be a very unique piece to own.

UNC Details NET-AU50 Cleaned....if this coin hadn't been cleaned I would grade it MS63+...It has some carbon spots and also a die crack on the back...it looks like it may be a Breen 2043 but I can't prove it ;--).

COINS - India 1974 10 Paise---my great aunt picked up many coins when she and her husband were Missionaries in that part of the world...this is one of them. Portugal 1974 2$50 I think it would grade XF. Yugoslavia 1973 1-Diner and a 1965 20 Para Brasil 1988 10 Cruzados. Great Britain, no date (but this type was minted from 1895-1901) 1 Penny. PAPER MONEY - This looks to be Government of Pakistan and says ONE RUPEE. It seems UNC. If anyone needs bigger photos let me know.

A nice 1921 Peace dollar...it has been cleaned at sometime--it has lost the shiny part of the cleaning but it still has signs of it...it has some neat machine doubling on the Ovb...letters, numbers, and face...over all most of the 21 Peace dollars I have seen have been cleaned.---I would grade it XF Cleaned...I'm not sure what would be the NET grade..

Graded by ANACS MS66. The coin has pretty rim toning, mostly red and some aqua blue. The distracting thing is there are milk spots on both the obverse and reverse of the coin. I'm sorry I could not get better photos of the toning.

LOT 52. UNITED STATES LARGE CENTS BOOK
647 pages. The last copyright for this issue was 1975. It includes almost 100 pages on Half Cents. It also lists many of the great names in Large Cents with short Bios. The Book is almost new as I do not collect Large Cents or Half Cents and it has been in my book case for almost 30 years. I do not want to get rich from this but I do not think I should give it away either. The winner is responsible for postage.
