Greetings Wins,

With half of 2016 over all ready it is time again for another President's Letter. I'm pleased to see we have a few new members, always interesting to see what the newest members are collecting. Summer always brings with it some of the biggest coin shows of the year, the ANA World Fair of Money is one of the most popular. I am looking forward to John Baumgart's report as I am pretty sure he wouldn't miss that one.

Hope you all are having a great summer, I know the lists slows down quite a bit during this period, lots of fun outdoors things to do with the family. I know vacations sure dip into that coin buying money, and there's less time to devote to your collecting. I've notice a little more discussion on world coin collecting, I as one pretty much stuck on US coinage find these discussions very interesting. WINS being truly a world wide organization offers us all a chance to learn and share our knowledge of collecting around the globe, although I don't collect much world coinage myself I do enjoy learning about it.

It will soon be time for our next auction starting on August 13th, I would ask that all sellers planning to participate begin preparing there lots. We had a pretty good auction last time and I look forward to an even better turnout this coming month. Please take the time to participate in our auctions, they are a special event set up for our members that benefit both WINS as a group and provide opportunities to purchase for those that might otherwise not be able to get out to their local shops.
