WINS Email Lists - If you use Bellsouth as an ISP, you may be experiencing problems with sending and/or receiving list mail.  I've received two different reports, but it seems that Bellsouth may have either been Blacklisted or they may no longer allow email with more than 10 recipients to pass through their system.  Either way, the WINS email list posts might be going into a SPAM box that you don't have access too.  You should contact your ISP to check on this condition.  Otherwise, list mail is up and running fine.  If you are experiencing any problems, please contact me.

SPAM Blocker - The web site SPAMMER'S email address harvesting blockers I wrote about in the last newsletter have been put into practice and all of the Board Member's email addresses have been changed, and there has been a noticeable decrease in SPAM reception.  If you have a web site that is currently bringing you SPAM, you might give them a try.

Assistance Still Needed - I am putting together images and descriptions of counterfeit and fake coins for an online WINS article and I am still looking for more examples.  If you have any counterfeit and/or fake coins and would like to have the image and data included please contact me.

Auction News - Auction 41 ran from March 31 through April 7 and was quite successful.  The modified auction rules caused only minor confusion and will likely be modified slightly before the new auction to take care of that.  Of course, it would also help if everyone would remember that the WINS auctions are NOT ebay.  I have always tried to run a much more friendly, family oriented auction and hope to continue doing so.  The next auction is scheduled for May 19-26, and you may begin submitting your lots (10 per member) to the at any time.  However, because of my own recent email difficulties, please contact me before sending any images.  If you use FTP software, I'm working on a public FTP address to make it easier to get your images to me.  Also, if you already have an online storage location, there is no need to send images to me, just send me the URL.
