IT Update - Basically, I've got little to report. After playing with SP1 for days to get things working again, SP2 is sitting on my desk unopened. I'm not certain if I don't care anymore or if I'm just tired of havin' hackers mess with my system from afar. I use to believe in karma. I believed that those who messed with others and made it necessary for all of the security features, filters, and virus protection, would get theirs and things would get better. But, it doesn't seem to be working that way, if anything, it's getting worse. Spammers and hackers seem to be dictating how and what we can do on the Internet and I for one am about fed up with it. I've already had to ban two email addresses from my own domain in the last 2 years because spammers where using my domain address to send their junk email, and recently another WINS member is experiencing the joy of receiving hundreds and hundreds of bounces for the very same reason. Unfortunately, I haven't found any solutions to this problem. But, maybe I'm just getting to old for this, I don't know. What I truly feel like doing at times is just pulling the computer's plug and walkin' away from it. I won't, of course, but I sure do feel like it.
