WINS Domain and Email Lists - The new email Lists seem to be working just fine, filters and all. I hope everyone is satisfied with the way they work. However, it's still beyond me why only a couple of members did as I requested and removed themselves from the old lists because it can cause confusion staying enrolled on both. Several members have posted to the old lists recently instead of to the new ones and then argued with me when it was pointed out to them. So unnecessary when all you have to do is send an email. So I will ask once again. If you are enrolled on the old talk and/or trade lists hosted by Howard Spindel, please take yourself off of them. If you need the instructions again I can send them by email. All ya' gotta do is ask.

And, although the web site is also functioning, the membership database is still not totally operational. I have received a couple of new member enrollments using the membership form, but I haven't heard from Peter if everything is running to his satisfaction. Until that time, I prefer to continue enrolling new members manually. Hopefully, the database will be back online soon.

Auction Update - Auction 26 closed on January 22nd and I must say we've had smoother running auctions. I had a family emergency that took me away most of last Saturday, the day the auction was to close and I'm certain it probably messed up the bidding a little. My apologies, but some things are beyond our control. I've been so busy I haven't even had a chance to summarize the auction and Auction 27 is scheduled for March 12. I'll try and have the summary by the next newsletter. See ya' at the auction.
