Dave Noble, WINS#204
As a close friend of our late librarian John Mundwiller, I am writing a few words in his memory for our newsletter. John was the type of person that kept his illness and personal problems to himself, I was caught quite off-guard when learning of his death. He lost a brief battle with cancer, a battle he kept to himself and never complained about. He loved collecting coins, and especially cherished his association with WINS and conversing with all its members. I was fortunate enough to travel to a few out of state shows with John where we met up with some of our WINS membership for dinner and some good coin talk. He enjoyed WINS as was always willing to help, he will surely be missed on the list and as a caring member of our board
I know John wouldn’t want a lot of fuss or attention made over this, so I would just ask that all of our members keep him and his family in their prayers.
