These lists are funded by member donations and are monitored by the List Administrator (AKA the list mommy), as well as, by the WINS Board members.  Failure to follow the rules can result in removal from the List(s).  To subscribe or unsubscribe from either or both Lists, follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: When a member joins or leaves either Opt-in List, an announcement may be made on the appropriate list reflecting this List status change. The intent is not to embarrass any member, but rather to keep other List members up to date. While lurkers are permitted, participation is encouraged.

SUBSCRIBE To the wins-talk list.
To subscribe send an EMAIL (using this email hyperlink) with the words: subscribe wins-talk in the BODY of the email.  Leave the subject line BLANK.  After you are approved by the "List Mommy", the system will send you the email address needed to post a message on the "wins-talk" list.
