Joe Garbarini WINS#9, spread goodwill by sharing his lifelong collection with WINS members through his "Hat Drawing" beginning with Auction 14. He considered each and every WINS member part of his amily and shared his collection with us through Auction 46. Joe is no longer with us, but the spirit of his concept continues through the generosity of other WINS members. If you would like to add a hobby-related item to the "Hat Drawing", please contact the WINS Vice President or the Auction Coordinator.

How the drawing works. When a member participates in the auction, either as a seller or bidder, their name is placed in a hat for a chance to be drawn by the WINS Vice President to receive one of the "Hat" gifts below at no cost.
