Joe Garbarini WINS#9, spread goodwill by sharing his lifelong collection with WINS members through his "Hat Drawing" beginning with Auction 14.  He considered each and every WINS member part of his family and shared his collection with us through Auction 46.  Joe can no longer participate, but the spirit of his concept continues through the generosity of other WINS members.  If you would like to add a hobby-related item to the "Hat Drawing", please contact the Auction Coordinator.

How the drawing works. When a member participates in the auction, either as a seller or bidder, their name is placed in a hat for a chance to be drawn to receive one of the "Hat" gifts below at no cost.
